  • Half Day Coaching in Nature Life Coaching in Nature is a new exciting and refreshing way to approach coaching whilst walking and talking.  

Nature is my favourite coaching environment.
  • Studies have shown that spending time in Nature  improves energy levels, and boosts overall well-being.  Even a single session can be enough to create a shift in your attitudes and your life.
  • ​Walking in nature helps you to relax,
  • When the levels of your stress hormones fall, you can think more clearly and creatively,
  • While walking in nature you will quiet your mind and as a result you will be able to listen to your inner voice where you will find answers to your questions
  • Whilst walking, your body moves therefore everything that is stuck in your mind will more easily start to clear.

  • Eye contact is not always necessary, therefore it will be easier for you to express issues that are holding you back
